Aluminium profiles for kitchens

Cerfix® Protop
One of the most popular aluminium profiles for kitchens is Cerfix® Protop, designed specifically to protect and finish the edges of worktops and kitchens covered with ceramic tiles or stone.
The Cerfix® Protop range also includes special components which are used to create joints which serve as external edges and corners (90 degrees and 135 degrees) and internal corners (90 and 135 degrees).
Among the aluminium profiles for kitchens are Proangle F, the FMA/ silver anodised aluminium version of which is recommended as a decorative element or seal for external edges of worktops. Not forgetting that there is also a version for internal edges and corners called Proangle FMIS in stainless steel.
These models represent one of the best solutions to accurately define a detail which could change the aesthetic look of the whole unit. Nevertheless, their presence requires a little extra care: it's important not to underestimate the careful maintenance the visible surface of this finishing profile needs, being so close to open flames and potential spray, it needs to be kept dry and clean.
